Swanson Design is a building design studio servicing south-east Queensland. We specialise in extensions, townhouses and new homes. Our approach is both client-centred and design-focused, so that your individual needs and desires can be crafted into a home that is both highly-functional and beautiful.
Our process involves designing in three dimensions from day one. This means that the craft of the building, the art of light, the outlook, as well as interior form and function can play out in each stage of the process. This results in an optimal design that invites efficient energy, light and spatial use.
Our high-quality drawings and house plans can be used for obtaining council approvals and builder’s quotes, in addition to the construction of your project. We offer a comprehensive service from the initial design concept through to managing the building approval process. We can also manage surveying, town planning, structural engineering and energy efficiency assessments.
Jeremy has been inventing, building and drawing since he was young, and has been designing homes for over 10 years. He enjoys a good design challenge, playing the bass, and mastering his pizza-making skills for Pizza Fridays with his young family.
